Leo Jimenez is a Junior Project Manager at Solve Energy Inc., where he helps coordinate projects from planning through completion to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners. He began his career with Solve Energy in door-to-door sales, giving him a strong understanding of both the customer journey and the technical solutions behind every installation.

Leo is currently studying Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology at Camosun College and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He also serves as President of Camosun Enactus, leading student-driven social enterprise initiatives that create meaningful community impact.

Outside of work, Leo is an avid backpacker and hiker who spends much of his free time exploring Vancouver Island's trails. His passion for the outdoors reinforces his commitment to renewable energy and helping build a more sustainable future.
