Justin Polischuk is a Project Coordinator at Solve Energy Inc., bringing a strong background in business and project management to his role. Born and raised in Victoria, Justin is a true west coast kid at heart. He attended Adrian College in Michigan, where he majored in Business, minored in Political Science, and played both college hockey and lacrosse—experiences that helped shape his leadership skills and teamwork mentality.

After returning to Victoria, Justin earned his graduate degree in business from the University of Victoria. His diverse academic background and athletic experience provide a solid foundation for managing complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Justin lives in Victoria with his partner, Kelsey, and is fortunate to have his mother, father, and sister nearby. His deep connection to his family and community fuels his dedication to his work and to making a positive impact through renewable energy solutions.
