He coordinates project timelines, communicates with customers and installation crews, and keeps every project on track while maintaining Solve's high standards for quality and service.

A Vancouver Island native, Caidin has always been closely connected to the skilled trades. After graduating high school, he built his career in the automotive industry, serving as both a Service Advisor and Service Manager. In these roles, he developed a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, and project coordination-managing schedules, communicating complex repairs, and ensuring customers received exceptional care. Those experiences now translate directly into helping homeowners navigate the roofing process with confidence and ease.

At Solve Energy, Caidin is recognized for his organization, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. His focus is on keeping projects running efficiently while ensuring every client feels informed and supported from the first conversation through project completion.

Outside of work, Caidin enjoys staying active through running, martial arts, and weightlifting. Whether he's training or exploring the outdoors, he's usually accompanied by his two dogs, Nalla and Dobbie, who are never far from his side.
