Originally from Poole, England, Sam  is our Vancouver Island Operations Lead at Solve Energy. He holds a BA (Hons) in Sustainable Product Design and has built his career around improving the way people, processes, and systems work together.
Since moving to Canada in 2019, Sam has combined a creative mindset with a practical approach to operations. He is interested in finding solutions that balance sustainability, functionality, and efficiency, while recognizing that long-term environmental progress depends on renewable energy being economically viable as well as environmentally responsible.

At Solve Energy, Sam focuses on streamlining operations, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solar projects across Vancouver Island. His approach is rooted in the belief that well-delivered systems create better outcomes for customers, businesses, and the environment alike.

Outside of work, sport is a major part of Sam’s life whether playing or watching. He also has a strong interest in creative pursuits and can often be found painting, experimenting with ceramics, or perfecting a recipe.
