At his core, Joel isn't a salesperson - he's a problem solver. He spent years in the
business services industry, in commercial and facility solutions like uniform, safety, and
workplace supply programs, where success comes down to one thing: understanding
what a customer actually needs and finding the right way to deliver it. Eventually, that
instinct led him somewhere new - helping homeowners across British Columbia make
the switch to owning their own power. The suit and tie stayed in the closet; the problem-
solving didn't.

Based in the Okanagan, Joel sees firsthand what solar can do for BC homeowners, all
while soaking up everything the region has to offer - golf in the summer heat,
afternoons at the beach, and a good live show whenever one rolls through town. He
lives in Kelowna with his wife, Nicole, and when he's not out talking solar, you'll likely
find him planning the next trip, catching a game, or just making the most of time with
family and the people who matter most.
