He oversees the company's warehouse operations, inventory management, material logistics, and delivery coordination on the Vancouver Island , ensuring every project has the right materials in the right place at the right time. By streamlining processes and maintaining efficient inventory and distribution systems, Victor plays an important role in supporting the successful delivery of solar energy projects across British Columbia.

Originally from Nigeria, Victor built his career managing large-scale logistics and transportation operations across multiple industries. As a regional operations manager, he led fleet management, dispatch operations, vehicle leasing, driver outsourcing, and logistics planning throughout South-East Nigeria. These experiences gave him a strong foundation in operational strategy, supply chain management, and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Management and a Master of Science in Transportation Geography from the University of Port Harcourt. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on leadership experience, has shaped his practical approach to logistics, warehouse management, and process improvement. He is passionate about creating organized, efficient systems that keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption.

At Solve Energy, Victor works closely with project managers, installers, and suppliers to ensure materials are accurately received, managed, and delivered to support every stage of installation. Known for his attention to detail, proactive planning, and collaborative approach, he is committed to building reliable operational systems that contribute to exceptional project execution and outstanding customer service.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys cycling, spending time with his family, and volunteering in his local community. Having made Victoria home with his wife and two children, he values building strong relationships and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future through renewable energy.
