Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario-a place known for its harsh winters and resilient, blue‐collar
spirit-I grew up with a deep appreciation for adversity, hard work, and problem‐solving. That mindset
shaped me both as an athlete and as a professional, teaching me that no single solution fits every
challenge and that progress comes from tackling problems head‐on with a team‐first approach.
I bring over a decade of experience in mega‐projects and preventative maintenance within the steel
industry. Alongside that, I’ve earned global rankings as both a poker player and a commodity trader,
experiences that strengthened my strategic thinking, risk management, and ability to perform under
pressure.

My transition into the renewable energy sector began in 2022 when I enrolled in the HeatSpring Solar
Academy, completing the program in 2023. I went on to earn my NABCEP Associate certification,
establishing a strong technical foundation in solar energy and a long‐term commitment to the
clean‐energy space.

Outside of work, I prioritize fitness, hiking, running, yoga, and mindful meditation-daily practices that
help me stay grounded, focused, and continually growing as both a professional and an individual.
