I've been on Vancouver Island since 2006, I live in Langford with my fiancée, and our first baby is due this June. Outside of work I'm at the gym or kickboxing, and I spend every spare hour I can with family. A lot of the reason I care about getting this right for you is that the homeowners I work with are often retired couples on a fixed income, or young families with heat pumps and EVs watching their BC Hydro bill climb every year. Those are my people.
